Revenue in. Busywork out.

I build AI systems that answer your leads, chase your follow-ups and handle the admin you keep doing at 9pm. They're the same kind of systems I use to run my own businesses.

What I build

Work your business does without you.

Each system fits the tools you already use. You get a fixed scope and one clear job done well.

Brings in revenue

Instant lead replies

Every new lead gets a natural text within two minutes, gets their questions answered and gets moved toward a booking.

Brings in revenue

AI phone calls

A voice agent calls new leads, answers common questions and books the appointment on your calendar.

Brings in revenue

Follow-up that never forgets

Quotes, no-shows and quiet customers get followed up on schedule until they answer or say no.

Saves time

Scheduling and dispatch

Jobs get matched to the right person, routes get planned and everyone gets told where to be.

Saves time

Admin that handles itself

Invoices, reminders, reviews and data entry run in the background and only come to you when they need a decision.

Gives you control

One daily report

One email each evening tells you what happened, what's stuck and what needs you. AI can review your sales calls too.

See it work

Don't take my word for it. Try it.

Proof

I use this stuff on my own businesses first.

Most automation sellers have only built demos. I've run these systems on my own service companies, with real customers, real complaints and real money on the line.

Who you're hiring

Hi, I'm Sean.

I've spent years running service businesses, the kind with missed calls, late invoices and customers who want an answer now. I started building automation because I needed it, and I kept what worked.

You'll deal with me the whole way. There's no sales team, no handoff to a junior and no account manager between us. If something breaks, I'm the one who fixes it.

Sean Automates

How it works

From first call to running system.

  1. A short call

Twenty minutes. Tell me what's eating your week. I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth automating.

  2. A fixed quote

You get one page with what I'll build, the price and the date. No hourly meter.

  3. The build

I build it, test it against real situations and show you working versions along the way.

  4. The handover

It goes live, I watch it closely at first, and you get a short video on how to run it.

Questions

What owners usually ask.

Will it sound like a robot?

It's written to sound like a person typing fast, and I test it on real conversations. When it can't handle something, it passes the customer to you with the full history.

Do I have to change my software?

Usually not. I connect to what you already use, whether that's your CRM, calendar, phone system or a spreadsheet.

What does it cost to run?

That depends on volume. Most systems have small usage costs for texts, calls and AI, and you'll see the estimate in your quote before you commit.

Who owns it?

You do. The accounts are in your name, and you get the documentation.

What if it says something wrong?

Each system gets clear limits on what it may say and do, and anything outside those limits goes to you. I review its early conversations closely after launch.

Why first name only, and why a cartoon?

I keep my personal life off the internet, and I'd rather show you working systems than a headshot. On our call, you can see everything running live.

What's the one task you'd love to never do again?

Tell me about it. I'll reply personally and tell you whether it's worth automating, even if you never hire me.
